These are some of those things that make you feel like a kid and like it...

It"s true what they say: every generation has cooler toys than the one before. And the same goes for things to do. If it weren't for the dumb height restrictions and age limits, we"d be all over this stuff! Who says adults don"t like to climb in the ball pits, play neat-o games and have fun? Life"s too short we refuse to grow up!

Okay you're in Destin staying on the beach and there is tons of white sand everywhere. What do you do? Sand angels... yup you know how to do it. Lay down, spread those wings, and start flapping. In no time you'll be laughing like a 5 year old. Sure you'll have sand in places you didn't think it was possible, but whatever. Playing chicken in the gulf is fun too. Or how about bobbing around in a pool like a jellyfish yelling "I'm going to get you" hahahaha. Don't be worried about what others will be thinking of you because they are just jealous.

When was the last time you drove a go-cart? Do it again at The Track. They have a couple of great tracks to race your friends on and no bumping please (yeah right). They have mini-golf, bumper boats, and other stuff to bring the kid in you out again. And if you are up for some crazy stuff go to Big Kahuna's and swing through the air or get shot up into the air with another fun ride. They are known for the lazy river ride, sunburnt people, and the other wild water park stuff... slides, etc.

Okay so you think you can dance? I've heard that somewhere??? Oh well I like to dance and I'm not that good but "whatever" (in that voice), I still lie to do it. Well if you want to dance and look better than you are go to AJ's on the harbor. They have live music almost every night of the week or at least a dj. And let me tell you... there are a lot of visitors that think they can dance. I'll go here to people watch too. But I even look good dancing when some of the crazy (drunk) folks dancing around me. I just wanna dance and I'm sure you do too... meet me at AJ's.

You've seen them running like mad chasing the seagulls. The little boys and girls love doing it. The only risk you have is that you might get pooped on. And being so close to the water that will wash off almost as fast as it go on you. ha ha ha Do it. I don't know what you are suppsed to do if you catch one of them? I have not seen that yet.

Swimming in the Gulf is fun for the parents and the kiddos. Mom grabs the water wing thingys and the kicking starts. Most of the year the Gulf is warm enough to be in. At times you may have to swim past the sea grass. Other times you might find yourself in the middle of a school of bait fish or mullet. They won't hurt you but it does surprise you when it happens. Keep your eyes on the warning flags for rip tides and safety concerns at the beach.

Look down and don't step on it... you might want to take it home with you. We may not have tons of shells on our beaches but the ones we do have are kinda neat. If you are over in the Panama City Beach area you can take a boat trip to Shell Island to find lots of different types.

And remember if it looks like jelly or like blue bubble gum don't touch it. It could be a jellyfish or a man-of-war and both can sting you.
